Free shipping on every order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 5–8 business days. In total, please allow approximately 6–11 business days from the time you place your order to receive it.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high seasonal volume, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help track it down.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — we can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
